  We are specialists in small quantity runs with fast turnaround.

  We design tight tolerance tools that are used in industries ranging from medical tools & prosthetics to aerospace & the space shuttle program.

  Horizon’s tool design group has over 25 years of combined experience with carbide tools. We utilize fast & versatile SolidWorks to produce tool designs based on the parts you want to cut. Simply provide a print & we can design everything from the insert to the tool holder hardware.

  Complete tooling design packages can often be turned around in as little as 48 hours.
