Dalsin Industries has the experience and capabilities required to meet the sheet metal fabrication needs of large and small customers alike.

We have 60+ years of experience, a 100,000+ sq. ft. manufacturing facility, and a significant investment in new equipment technology over recent years.

We provide design & manufacturing engineering support, outstanding customer service, consistent product quality, and on-time delivery.
           
We can expedite prototypes in 3-5 days. Production quantities in two weeks are typical.
Our custom sheet metal fabrication processes utilize state of the art CNC laser cutting, turret punches, automated (Salvagnini) panel bending, press brakes, and robotic welding equipment linked to a centralized CAD/CAM program.

At Dalsin Industries we provide “turn key – design & build” capabilities for producing individual sheet metal component parts, assemblies, cabinets, and enclosures in both prototype and production quantities.

We use SolidWorks.

Testing

Inspection

Fabrivision electronic inspection machine inspects punched blanks to +/- .002" accuracy by comparing scanned blank to CAD or NC file.

Inspection department equipped with Romer Portable CMM, inspection table, height and pin gauges, calipers and related equipment.

Instrument calibration program and tracking software.
