P.E.D. was formed in August 1996 with the principal aim of carrying out technical designs and drawing projects, including concept design, presentations and technical publications.

The two founder Directors have between them over 50 years combined experience in machine design, mechanical engineering & project management.

We utilise the latest in 3D CAD technology to arrive at optimum solutions in the least possible time, keeping design costs and material rework to a minimum. As a partner in the SolidWorks Manufacturing Network we are closely linked with suppliers who use SolidWorks in production, offering services such as CNC machining, mold manufacture, contract engineering, SolidWorks implementation services, and rapid prototyping.

Our areas of expertise include mechanical, electro-mechanical and electro-optical engineering in the commercial, automotive, defence and petro-chemical fields.
