EquipmentManufacturingExtrusion capabilities revolve around eight extruders, which allow us to provide accurate profiles in either small or large section for both long or short production runs. We have extruded products ranging in size from small or large sections for both long or short production runs. We have extruded products ranging in size from .024” OD cord to large 6” x 7” bumpers. Inflatable tubes and spliced gaskets are also some of our specialties. We can do continuous cure silicone extrusions of the most complicated configurations and handle parts widths up to 24”. We can also serve your needs with any type of Silicone and Thermoplastic color matching. Extrusion dies are cut and developed here in our own plant by our resident die-maker. Being of job-shop orientation, we invite request for quotes on jobs of various size and all production quantities. On our compression line, we can handle molds ranging in size from 1” diameter to 32” x 32” in square configuration. Our presses include fourteen multi-opening compression presses, and a 600 ton Lewis injection press with a shot capacity of 20 pounds.
