 SummaryAlpha Integration is a turnkey assembly solution provider. We are comprised of some of the best engineers and assembly technicians in the business with more than 150 years of combined engineering experience. Alpha Integration has varied and extensive experience in assembly processes ranging from the automotive industry to household products. Our station designs include, but are not limited to simple assembly of products to specialized processes such as vision applications, product testing (electrical, mechanical and leak) and welding (ultrasonic and laser). We have been involved in a wide variety of manual and automated work stations as well as synchronous and non-synchronous assembly systems. Alpha Integration is based in Tennessee, but our systems and stations have been installed around the world. We have 20 years of collective experience with SolidWorks, all of which is in assembly machine design. Our design staff also includes a Certified SolidWorks Professional. Founded: 2002. 20 employees.
