At Waggoner Manufacturing, Inc. we pride ourselves on being able to offer a full service job shop to our customers. We can help design your prototype, provide a print, manufacture the part, let you inspect it (first article), and, with approval, turn out 1 to 1000 of them. We work routinely with tolerances of .001” on our manual machines, and .0002” on our CNC’s. We specialize in softer materials such as Aluminum, Stainless Steel, or many high efficiency plastics, like Torlon.
Waggoner Manufacturing, Inc. has its roots cemented soundly into ion implantation technology. We began by servicing and refurbishing Eaton Corporation (now Axcelis) Ion Accelerator Columns. From there we’ve branched out into servicing numerous components and assemblies based in and around Eaton’s ion-implantation technology, including Ion Source Insulators and Ion Sources. We proudly specialize in servicing and building Eaton/Axcelis Ion Implantation components or similar technologies.
